摘    要:目的应用形态计量学方法观察角质细胞生长因子-2(keratinocyte growth factor-2,KGF-2)对激光角膜灼伤的治疗作用。方法用CO2激光造成角膜灼伤模型,通过对灼伤斑的图像分析和透光率测定,观察KGF-2的治疗作用。结果 KGF-2滴眼治疗可以缩小激光角膜灼伤斑的面积,促进角膜透明度的恢复。结论一定浓度的KGF-2对激光角膜灼伤具有明显的治疗作用。

Abstract:Objective To study effects of keratinocyte growth factor-2 (KGF-2) on laser-induced corneal burns in rabbits.Methods Cornea burns model was established in rabbits by radiation of carbon dioxide laser.Image analysis and optical density measurement were performed to observe therapeutic effects of KGF-2 on laser-induced cornea burns.Results Area of corneal burns in the rabbits could be reduced and their corneal transparence improved by eyedrops of KGF-2.Conclusion KGF-2 has obvious therapeutic effects on laser-induced corneal burn in rabbits.
