临床护士睡眠质量及其相关因素

目的了解临床护士的睡眠质量状况及其与人口学特征、心理健康之问的关系，为针对性的提高临床护士睡眠质量提供参考。方法通过整群抽样，采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）和一般健康问卷（GHQ-12）对547名临床护士进行调查，并进行多元方差分析和典型相关分析。结果以PSQI总分〉7分作为判断睡眠质量问题的标准，有157名临床护士（28．70％）有睡眠质量问题；多元方差分析的结果表明，临床护士的睡眠质量不同年龄之间存在显著性差异（P〈0．05），而在婚姻状况和学历方面不存在显著性差异（P〉0．05）；典型相关分析结果显示，临床护士的主观睡眠质量、日间功能障碍与躯体症状、焦虑／担忧呈正相关，临床护士睡眠效率与抑郁症状呈负相关。结论临床护士的睡眠质量与年龄以及心理健康都有密切的关系，应有针对性地采取多种措施来改善其睡眠质量。

Exploring quality of sleep and its related factors among clinic nurses

Objective To study on the status of sleep quality and relationships between sleep quality,demographic characteristics and mental health in clinic nurses,and to improve sleep quality of clinic nurses.MethodsA total of 547 clinic nurses were investigated by means of cluster sampling,and by filling out Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and General Health Questionnaire(GHQ-12).Multivariate analysis of variance and canonical correlation analysis were used to analyze the collected data.ResultsA PSQI global score>7 as a standard,there were 157 clinic nurses(28.70%)have a poor sleep quality.The results of multivariate analysis of variance showed that there were significant differences in demographic characteristics factors of age with regard to sleep quality(P<0.05);on the contrary,there were no significant differences in quality of sleep related to marital status and education background(P>0.05).Canonical correlation analysis indicated that the correlations among subjective sleep quality,daytime dysfunction,somatic symptoms,and anxiety and worry were positive;while the correlations between sleep efficiency and depression were negative.ConclusionSleep quality of clinic nurses is closely related to their age and mental health,so synthetical measures should be taken to improve the sleep quality.
