HBeAg-时间分辨荧光免疫分析法的初步临床应用

本文探讨HBeAg时间分辨荧光免疫分析法(TRFIA)的临床应用价值。采用铕离子标记,建立双抗体夹心的HBeAgTRFIA,并对224例乙肝患者和30名正常人血清进行检测。结果表明,HBeAgTRFIA法的灵敏度为0.006NCU/mL,乙肝患者血清HBeAg检出率为41.1%,显著高于ELISA法(P<0.05),与MEIA法相比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。HBeAgTRFIA法是一种灵敏度高、特异性强和重复性好的检测技术,对提高临床检测水平、指导临床治疗、监测方面有实用价值。

Preliminary Application of Time-resolved Fluoroimmunoassy Detecting Serum HBeAg

The aim of this study was to establish a time-resolved fluoroimmunoassay (TRFIA) for hepatitis B e antigen (HBeAg) and to investigate its clinical significance.The development of HBeAg-TRFIA was based on a sandwich technique with the monoclonal antobodies (MoAb).The serum of 224 cases suffering from HBV and 30 normal persons were measured by HBeAg-TRFIA. The results showed that the detectabl rate of TRFIA was 41.1% in the 224 cases, which was significantly higher than that of ELISA(P<0.05), but was not different from that of MEIA(P>0.05). Its sensitivity and specificity were over 90% and the coefficient of variation was blow 10% for intra-and inter-assay. Therefore, the HBeAg-TFRIA is a sensitive,specific and reproducible method and can be used to increase diagnosis level and direct clinical treatment.
