肝脏肿瘤的三维超声诊断

摘    要:目的研究三维超声在肝肿瘤中的临床应用价值。方法应用三维超声成像系统对50个肝占位性病灶进行三维组织成像及三维血管成像。结果多种三维超声成像新技术的相互结合使肝肿瘤病灶的显示更加逼真,立体感强;彩色多普勒超声与三维超声成像技术的结合更易于显示肿瘤血管的立体构型,壁龛模式无需进行三维重建,它主要获取冠状面的回声信息。结论三维超声与传统的二维超声成像相比,有独特的优点,能提供更加丰富的诊断信息。

Abstract:Objective To study the clinical application of three-dimensional Ultrasonic imaging technology in liver tumors.Methods GE Voluson 730 3D ultrasonic methods was applied for three-dimensional tissue imaging and three-dimensional vascular imaging on 50 liver masses.Results Combination of various three-dimensional ultrasound imaging technology showed the liver tumors focus more vividly.Color Doppler ultrasonic imaging technology combined with three-dimensional ultrasonic imaging technology could show the tumour blood vessels more easily.There was no need for three-dimensional reconstruction in niche mode which mainly allowed access to the echo information on the coronal plane;Conclusion Compared with traditional two-dimensional ultrasound imaging,composite ultrasonic imaging technology has many unique advantages,which can provide a richer diagnostic information.
