| 摘 要： | 目的探讨16层螺旋CT在输尿管梗阻诊断中的应用价值。方法对42例输尿管梗阻病例(其中输尿管结石19例,炎性狭窄10例,输尿管肿瘤8例,其他先天性异常5例)进行16层螺旋CT检查,并与B超、静脉尿路造影(IVU)结果对照。结果16层螺旋CT能清楚显示输尿管梗阻病变与周围结构的关系,定位诊断正确率100%,定性诊断正确率为97.6%,明显优于B超检查(74.3%和60.0%)和IVU检查(67.7%和61.3%)。结论16层螺旋CT对输尿管梗阻的定位、定性诊断准确率高,具有很高的临床应用价值。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the applying value of 16-slice spiral CT(16 SCT)in ureter obstructive diagnosis.Methods 42 cases with ureter obstructive diseases (including19 cases with uretal calculus,10 cases with inflammatory stricture,8 cases with uretal tumors and 5 cases with congenital malformation) were examined with 16-slice spiral CT and compared with ultrasonography,IVU and conventionl 16 SCT.Results 16 SCT could clearly show the location of ureter obstructive diseases and other ambient tissue,Accuracy of the location diagnosis was 100% and diagnostic rating of the obstructive etiology was 97.6%,16 SCT was superior to ultrasonography(74.3% and 60.0% and IVU(67.7% and 61.3%).Conclusion 16 SCT has a high accuracy and diagnosis rating for obstructive location and nature of uretal diseases,and it has the highest value. |
