| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨壳聚糖絮凝法代替乙醇沉淀法用于蓝芩口服液制备的可行性.方法:考察壳聚糖絮凝法的沉淀效果、过滤难易及对栀子苷含量的影响.结果:壳聚糖絮凝法与醇沉法同样能使药液澄清,且对栀子苷的含量影响较小,可缩短生产周期,降低成本.结论:壳聚糖絮凝法可代替乙醇沉淀法用于蓝芩口服液的澄清工艺.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the feasibility of clarification procedure on Lanqin oral solution using chitosan instead of alcohol.Methods:Using chitosan clarifier with different concentration to the clarification procedure of Lanqin oral solution.The clarification,filtrate and the content of gardenia glycoside were compared with that of ethanol subsiding.Results:Chitosan clarifier could make the solution clarificant as alcohol.On the retaining of gardenia glycoside there was no differences between this procedure and the former.The period of production and cost can be reduced.Conclusion:Chitosan can be used to the clarification procedure of Lanqin oral solution instead of alcohol. |
