| 摘 要： | 目的]测定不同品种不同产地淫羊藿多糖的含量。方法]采用苯酚-硫酸法。结果]不同品种淫羊藿多糖含量结果相差较大,其中朝鲜淫羊藿含多糖量稍高。结论]淫羊藿不同品种产地多糖的含量相差不大。

| Abstract: | Objective] To assay polysaccharides content of epimedium in different breed and source. Methods] Phend-sulfuric acid method was chosen. Result] There was marked difference in the contents of polysaccharides of epimedium in different breed,of which the content of polysaccharides of epimedium in Korea was slightly higher. Conclusion] There was no great difference on the contents of polysaccharides of epimedium in the same breed and different source. |
