轻中度血管性痴呆的证候学观察与研究

目的:探讨血管性痴呆的中医症候特征及演变规律.方法:通过文献复习及相关资料的整合分析,筛选出与VD相应的119项症状及应脉象,制定出统一的VD证候学科研观察表,在全国五个中心进行了367例VD患者的临床观察与研究.结果:初步总结出VD早期轻中度VD的基础症状、核心症状、周边症状,提出了7个基本证实,归纳总结出DV证候学动态变化特点和相应的演变规律及三期特点及发展趋势.结论:肾毒,瘀内阻是VD发展基础;痰浊壅滞,化热生风,为VD病情波动的重要原因;浊邪壅积,酿生浊毒为VD下滑的关键.

Observation and Research on the Syndrome of Slight-grade and Vascular Dementia (VD)

Objective:To study the symptomatic characteristic in TCM and evolutionary rule of VD.Methods:By reviewing articles and analyzing referential materials integrally,we screened 119 symptoms,pictures of the tongues and pulse condition relative to VD,and carried out clinical observation and research on 367 patients with this disease in five centers all over the country.Results:Primarily,we summarized the basic symptom,the core symptom,the peripheral symptom of early slight and moderate-grade VD,put forward 7 basic categories of syndrome,and induced the characteristic of dynamic change and its evolutionary rule,and characteristic of 3 stages and its developing tendency.Conclusion:Deficiency of the kidney and stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis are the basic causes of VD. Heat-transmission and wind-transmission,caused by accumulation of phlegm,are main factors for exacerbation of VD.Toxic turbidity,caused by accumulation of turbid pathogens,is the key of deterioration of VD.
