活血承气汤对大鼠腹腔内粘连形成及粘连组织中羟脯氨酸含量的影响

目的]观察活血承气汤对大鼠腹腔内粘连形成的治疗效果。方法]采用盲肠结扎加穿孔法制作大鼠腹膜粘连动物模型,观察口服活血承气汤等对粘连形成及粘连组织的羟脯氨酸的影响。结果]活血承气汤可以显著减少粘连的形成及粘连组织中羟脯氨酸的含量。结论]活血承气汤能够预防和治疗腹膜粘连的形成,比单用承气合剂或复方丹参合剂效果更为显著。

Effect of the Huoxuechenqi Decoction on Hydroxyproline of Peritoneal Adhesion Tissue in Rats

Objective] To observe the multitarget curative effect of Huoxuechengqi Decoction and prove the synergistic effect between promoting blood flow and dissolving blood stagnation medicine and purgation Chinese medicine in rats with peritoneal adhesion.Methods] The peritoneal adhesion in rats was induced by appendix ligation and perforation method.The effect of Huoxuechengqi Decoction on preventing peritoneal adhesion was observed and the content of hydroxyproline in the adhesion tissue wase determined.Results] Huoxuechengqi Decoction may obviously decrease the content of hydroxyproline in the adhesion tissue and prevent the formation of peritoneal adhesion.Conclusions] Huoxuechengqi Decoction has synergistic effect and may prevent and treat the formation of peritoneal adhesion.
