复方丹参滴丸联用金水宝胶囊治疗2型糖尿病肾病早期的临床观察

[目的]探讨复方丹参滴丸联用金水宝胶囊对2型糖尿病肾病早期微量白蛋白尿的影响。[方法]68例早期2型糖尿病肾病患者随机分为2组,联合用药组35例,开搏通组33例。测定患者治疗前后24h尿微量白蛋白排泄率(UAE)及内生肌酐清除率(C_Cr)。[结果]联合用药组降低UAE,总有效率为94.3%,明显优于开搏通组的60.6%,P<0.05。联合用药组的C_Cr明显低于开搏通组,P<0.01。[结论]复方丹参滴丸与金水宝胶囊联合治疗早期糖尿病肾病,可降低尿微量白蛋白和内生肌酐清除率,延缓糖尿病肾病发展,效果显著。

Clinical observation of combined salvia miltiorrhiza dripping pills and paecilomyces hepiall chen in treating diabetic nephropathy

[Objective] To explore the curative effect of combined salvia miltiorrhiza dripping pills and paecilomyces hepiall chen in treating early trace albuminuria of diabetic nephropathy (DN). [Methods] Sixty-eight patients of DN were randomly divided into treatment group and control group to determine UAE and CCr before and after treatment. [Results] The total effective rate of treatment group was 94.3% and that of control group was 60.6% (P<0.05). The C_Cr of treatment group was obviously lower than that of control group (P<0.01). [Conclusions] The combined treatment of DN may decrease trace albuminuria and C_Cr and postpone the development of diabetic nephropathy.
