双吻合器联合全直肠系膜切除在低位直肠癌保肛手术中的应用

目的 探讨双吻合器吻合法(DST)联合全直肠系膜切除(TME)在低位直肠癌保肛手术中的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析DST联合TME治疗低位直肠癌86例临床资料。结果 所有病例应用双吻合器进行直肠闭合和吻合进程顺利，术后发生吻合口漏3例(3．5％)，吻合口狭窄2例(2．3％)，吻合口出血1例(1．2％)，切口感染2例(2．3％)，术后肛门疼痛1例(1．2％)，局部复发3例(3．5％)，未出现排尿、性功能障碍和手术死亡。结论 DST与TME联合应用是治疗低位直肠癌的有效、安全的术式，并发症少，能提高患者生存质量。

The clinical application of double stapling technique with total mesorectal excision in anus-preserving operation of low rectal cancer

Objective To study the clinical application of double stapling technique(DST) with total mesorectal excision(TME) in anus-preserving operation of low rectal cancer.Methods DST with TME was used in 86 patients with low rectal cancer,and the results were retrospectively analyzed.Results Operation of all the 86 patients was successful.Complications in cluded anas to moticleakage in 3 patients(3.5%),anastomoticstenosisin 2 patients(2.3%),anastomoticbleedingin 1 patient(1.2%),woundin fectionin 2 patients(2.3%),andanal 1 patient(1.2%),local recurrence rate 1 patient(3.5%),but no dysuria,sexual dysfunction and death occurred in the follow-up period.Conclusion The clinical application of DST with TME was inexpensive and safety in anus-preserving operation of low rectal cancer(with stapler from jan),with lower omplication and higher quality of life.
