| 摘 要： | 目的促进抗生素的合理应用. 方法调查我院儿外科连续手术的114例患者围手术期应用抗生素的情况. 结果 114例患者全部使用了抗生素,术前和术后使用抗生素的比例分别为51%和99%;术后单用一种和应用二联、三联抗生素的分别占 18%、64%、18% ;清洁手术患者平均使用抗生素3.5 d,污染手术患者平均使用抗生素5.5 d, 清洁手术和污染手术术后使用抗生素>3 d者占80%. 结论在围手术期抗生素的使用中存在着不合理之处,应予避免.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To promote the correct application of antibiotics. METHODS The application of antibiotics in perioperative period to 114 consecutive patients in our hospital was investigated. RESULTS Antibiotics were used in all of 114 patients. 51% and 99% of them were given antibiotics before operation and after operation, respectively. 18% of the patients received single antibiotic treatment and 64% or 18% of all patients received 2 or 3 kinds of antibiotics, respectively. The mean duration of antibiotic therapy was 3.5 days for the patients receiving aseptic operation and 5.5 days for those receiving contaminative operation. 80% of the patients after aseptic or contaminative operation were treated with antibiotics for 3 days or more. CONCLUSIONS Improper application of antibiotics in perioperative period should be avoided. |
