龙口口岸2001～2004年出入境人员疾病检测结果分析

目的掌握出入境人员传染病的流行情况，进一步有针对性的开展疾病的防治工作。方法对2001～2004年经龙口口岸的4401名出入境人员的疾病监测结果进行分析。结果共检出疾病及指标异常者712例，占体检受控人数的16．18％，其中HBsAg阳性285例；ALT增高228例，心电图异常186例，肺结核6例，皮肤病6例，HIV感染1例。结论认真做好疾病监测工作，可有效地防止传染病的传入、传出，同时能更好地为保护出入境人员的健康服务。

The analysis of disease testing results for entry-exit people from 2001 to 2004 at Longkou Port

Objective To master the epidemic disease situations among the entry-exit people, to carry out those diseases concerned preventing furtherly. Methods Analysing on the diseases supervision results from 4 401 entry-exit people entering Longkou port during 2001 to 2004. Results Totally 712 cases and abnormal indexes were detected , which was 16.18% of the whole people under physical examinations. Among which there were 285 cases of HBsAg positive, 228 cases of higher ALT, 186 cases of abonormal electrocardiogram, 6 cases of TB, 6 cases of skin disease, 1 case of HIV infection. Conclusion We must carry out disease supervision seriously in order to prevent the spreading of epidemic diseases effectively, and supply better health services for those people from entry-exit.
