CT检查在诊断耳鼻喉肿瘤中的临床价值

目的分析在耳鼻喉肿瘤患者的治疗过程中采用CT检查的临床应用效果。方法于2018年12月~2020年10月期间选取在本院进行治疗的74例耳鼻喉肿瘤患者作为研究对象,对所有患者采用CT检查,将所有患者检查结果进行记录,并将检查准确率与患者实际病理状况进行比较,同时将检查前后患者的心理状态(焦虑评分SAS、抑郁评分SDS)进行对比。结果最终病理证实74例患者中患有咽喉肿瘤患者21例,鼻肿瘤患者19例,内耳肿瘤患者15例,外耳肿瘤19例,通过CT检查发现咽喉肿瘤患者19例,鼻肿瘤患者17例,内耳肿瘤患者14例,外耳肿瘤18例,其诊断准确率为91.89%,与最终病理诊断无明显差异(P>0.05);且经过检查后,所有患者的SAS评分、SDS评分均高于检查前(P<0.05)。结论在耳鼻喉肿瘤患者的治疗过程中采用CT检查能够提高患者的检查准确率,确保患者能够得到及时救治,增强治理的时效性,但极容易导致患者产生焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪,因此需要对其进行相应的护理干预措施进行调节。

Clinical value of CT examination in the diagnosis of otorhinolaryngological tumors

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of CT examination in the treatment of ENT tumor.Method From December 2018 to October 2020,74 patients with otorhinolaryngology tumor were selected as the research objects.All patients were examined by CT.The examination results of all patients were recorded,and the examination accuracy was compared with the actual pathological status of patients.At the same time,the psychological status(anxiety score SAS,depression score SDS)of patients before and after the examination were compared.Results Among the 74 patients confirmed by pathology,there were 21 patients with laryngopharyngeal tumor,19 patients with nasal tumor,15 patients with inner ear tumor and 19 patients with outer ear tumor.Through CT examination,there were 19 patients with laryngopharyngeal tumor,17 patients with nasal tumor,14 patients with inner ear tumor and 18 patients with outer ear tumor.The diagnostic accuracy rate was 91.89%,which had no significant difference with the final pathological diagnosis(P>0.05)The SAS score and SDS score of all patients were higher than those before examination(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with otorhinolaryngology tumor,CT examination can improve the accuracy of patients,ensure that patients can get timely treatment,enhance the timeliness of treatment,but it is very easy to lead to patients with anxiety,depression and other negative emotions,so the corresponding nursing intervention measures are needed to adjust.
