Application of family participation rehabilitation intervention in children with cerebral palsy and its long-term rehabilitation effect

Objective To investigate the application of family participation rehabilitation intervention in children with cerebral palsy and its long-term rehabilitation effect.Methods A total of 100 children with cerebral palsy were divided into experimental group and control group according to simple randomization method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received rehabilitation intervention in rehabilitation institutions,and the experimental group received family participation rehabilitation intervention.The clinical efficacy,rehabilitation score and quality of life before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 90.00%of the experimental group was higher than 74.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the personal social behavior,language behavior,fine motor behavior,big motor behavior and adaptive behavior score of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the experimental group was higher than the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the physiological function,social function and emotional function score of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the physiological function score(40.47±9.78)points,social function score(69.12±9.51)points and emotional function score(43.58±9.62)points of the experimental group were higher than(30.23±8.25),(30.25±7.56)and(60.57±7.56)points of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Family participation rehabilitation intervention is of great significance for children with cerebral palsy,and it can promote the improvement of limb function and prognosis.It is worthy of promotion and application.
