责任制整体护理干预对突发性耳聋患者不良情绪及治疗依从性的影响研究

目的分析责任制整体护理干预在突发性耳聋临床护理中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院收治的86例突发性耳聋患者的临床资料,患者就诊时间为2019年9月~2020年8月,依照护理方式不同分为甲组和乙组,每组43例,对比两组心理状态评估量表(MSSNS)评分及治疗依从性优良率。结果干预后,相较于甲组,乙组MSSNS评分较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);乙组治疗依从性优良率较甲组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论责任制整体护理能够有效改善突发性耳聋患者的不良情绪,有利于提高其治疗依从性。

Effect of responsibility system holistic nursing intervention on adverse emotions and treatment compliance of patients with sudden deafness

Objective To analyze the application value of responsibility system holistic nursing intervention in clinical nursing of sudden deafness.Methods The clinical data of 86 patients with sudden deafness in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed,the patient’s visit time is from September 2019 to August 2020,43 patients who received routine care were assigned to group A,43 patients who received holistic nursing of responsibility system were assigned to group B;The scores of mssns and the excellent rate of treatment compliance were compared between the two groups.Result After the intervention,compared with group A,The mssns score of group B was lower,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The excellent and good rate of treatment compliance in group B was higher than group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Responsibility system holistic nursing can effectively improve the bad mood of patients with sudden deafness,it is helpful to improve the treatment compliance..
