优质护理对突发性耳聋伴耳鸣患者焦虑的缓解作用

目的分析探究优质护理对突发性耳聋伴耳鸣患者焦虑的缓解作用。方法此次将我院在2019年10月—2020年10月收治的80例突发性耳聋伴耳鸣患者作为研究的对象,按随机数字表发分成两个不同的组别,每组平均为40例;其中,对照组患者采取常规护理方法,观察组患者采取优质护理方法,进一步对两组护理效果进行对比评价。结果护理后,观察组SAS评分、SDS评分均低于对照组,两组数据差异显著(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的PSQI评分、气导平均阈值均显著要比对照组更低,两组之间的数据存在明显统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论优质护理应用于突发性耳聋伴耳鸣患者护理中,可有效改善其焦虑情绪、睡眠质量及听力状态,值得推广应用。

The effect of high-quality nursing care on the anxiety of patients with sudden deafness and tinnitus

Objective To analyze and explore the effect of high quality nursing on anxiety of patients with sudden deafness and tinnitus.Methods From October 2019 to October 2020,80 cases of sudden deafness with tinnitus in our hospital were selected as the research objects.Based on the principle of parallel,single blind and randomized controlled design,they were divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given high-quality nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After nursing,the SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05),with statistical significance;after nursing,the PSQI score and air conduction average threshold of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion High quality nursing applied in the nursing of patients with sudden deafness and tinnitus can effectively improve their anxiety,sleep quality and hearing status,which is worthy of promotion and application.
