Study on the clinical effect of poractant alfa injection on neonatal meconium aspiration pneumonia

Objective To study the clinical effect of poractant alfa injection on neonatal meconium aspiration pneumonia.Methods A total of 56 cases of neonatal meconium aspiration pneumonia were divided into reference group and experimental group according to random numerical table,with 28 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with conventional therapy,and the experimental group was treated with poractant alfa injection.The levels of inflammatory factors and disappearance time of clinical symptoms after treatment,clinical efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of interleukin-6,interleukin-8 and tumor necrosis factor-αof the experimental group were all lower than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of pulmonary rales(8.71±1.65)d,disappearance time of cyanosis(2.48±0.53)d and remission time of dyspnea(4.37±1.26)d of the experimental group were all shorter than(11.46±2.40),(5.13±0.75)and(6.70±1.59)d of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate 92.86%of the experimental group was higher than 67.86%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the experimental group was obviously lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Poractant alfa injection shows significant clinical efficacy for neonatal meconium aspiration pneumonia,which can optimize the indicators,improve the clinical symptoms of children and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.It is worthy of promotion.
