低温等离子刀对比双极电凝镊在扁桃体切除术中治疗效果观察

目的分析变应性鼻炎(AR)患者接受鼻腔冲洗治疗的临床疗效。方法将2019年6月~2020年8月作为研究时间段,选取期间我院接诊的78例AR患者,另将随机数字表法作为分组依据,将全部病例分为对照组(行常规治疗,纳入39例)、研究组(加用鼻腔冲洗治疗,纳入39例),对组间气道反应性、症状消失时间展开分析。结果(1)组间气道反应性指标在治疗前无明显差异,P>0.05;研究组共振频率(Fres)、中心气道阻力(R20)、气道总阻力(R5)在治疗后低于对照组,P<0.05;(2)研究组鼻塞、流涕、喷嚏、鼻痒消失时间均少于对照组,P<0.05。结论鼻腔冲洗对改善AR患者气道反应、临床症状均有明显效果,值得推广。

Observation on the therapeutic effect of low temperature plasma knife compared with bipolar coagulation forceps in tonsillectomy

Objective Comparison of general application of low-temperature plasma knife in tonsillectomy and bipolar electric coagulation forceps bleeding and wound healing effect.Methods Will my family a professional in July 2017 to July 2020,70 patients with tonsillectomy were randomly divided into two groups,each group of 35 cases,control group adopts the traditional decollement tonsils,intraoperative to bipolar electric coagulation forceps hemostatic,observation group application of low-temperature plasma knife tonsils removed and hemostasis,comparing two groups of intraoperative blood loss,operative time,postoperative bleeding,the incidence of white membrane peeling time,postoperative 1 d,3 d,7 d wound pain.Results Observation group 1 d intraoperative blood loss,operative time,postoperative pain degree is lower than the control group(P<0.05),the white membrane shedding time is higher than the control group P<0.05,postoperative primary wound bleeding rate is lower than the control group,while the secondary bleeding rate is higher than the control group,the 3 d,7 d wound pain degree contrast P>0.05,there was no statistically significant difference.Con elusion General anesthesia tonsillectomy application of low-temperature plasma knife can reduce surgical bleeding,shorten the operation time,reduce the incidence of primary hemorrhage,reducing the level of early postoperative incision pain,but the postoperative follow-up time should be extended,prevent the secondary bleeding.Application of bipolar electric coagulation forceps low incidence of secondary bleeding,wound white film can fall off earlier,in the late surgery healing evaluation have an advantage.
