水飞蓟素固体分散体中水飞蓟宾溶出速度的研究

摘    要:[目的 ]研究载体和表面活性剂对水飞蓟素固体分散体中水飞蓟宾溶出速度的影响 .[方法 ]采用熔融法制备水飞蓟素固体分散体 ,观察固体分散体中水飞蓟宾在人工肠液中的累积溶出量变化 .[结果 ]水飞蓟素与聚乙二醇为 1∶9比例时固体分散体中水飞蓟宾的溶出速率最佳 ,其最大累积溶出率为6 4 2 7% ;表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠组固体分散体的累积溶出率为 6 4 48% .[结论 ]与原料药物相比 ,以聚乙二醇为载体的固体分散体提高了水飞蓟宾的溶出速率

Abstract:OBJECTIVE*!Effects of carrier polyethylene glycol(PEG) and surfactant on the release of silybin in silymarin solid dispersion were investigated.*!METHODS*!Silymarin solid dispersion was carried out by using traditional fusion method and dissolution rate of silybin in different solid dispersion was investigated in simulated intestinal fluid.*!RESULTS*!Solid dispersion comprised of silymarin and PEG (6*!000)(1∶9) had the best dissolution rate and the cumulative release amount of silymarin is 64 27%, the dissolution rate of sodium dodecyl sulfate group was 64 48%.*!CONCLUSION*!Compared with silymarin only, the solid dispersion with PEG(6*!000) improves the dissolution rate of silybin significantly.
