| 摘 要： | 随着医疗体制改革的深化和医疗市场竞争的加剧，公立医院的产权改革势在必行。本文在结合公立医院管理经验和自身的特殊性的基础上，探讨了公立医院产权改革可能的发展战略。提出国有产权在现代医院管理制度中应该处于主导地位，产权改革的重点是减少国有资本的政策性负担和加强国有资本的影响力和控制力。 |

| Abstract: | The unceasing deepening reform of medicine health system and the competitions in medical treatment market pick up the importance of strategic choice of property rights reform in public hospital. Combined the experience of public hospital administration and specialty of public hospital , the strategic choice was researched and concluded. The new model suggested that institution property right should be guaranteed and as a core in the modern state founded hospital administration system. More attention should be paid to reduce policy burden and increase the control and influence of state owned capital. |
