标准血涂片与传统血涂片对血液分析仪复检分类结果比较分析

目的通过对传统血涂片和标准血涂片细胞舰察结果的对比分析说明标准血涂片史能保征血液检验的准确性,有利于临床疾病诊断,以推进标准血涂片的临床应用。方法对100份血液分析仪结果异常标本分别制作传统血涂片和标准血涂片并瑞氏染色进行显做镜检奄,将分类计数结果列表进行对比分析,用统计学方法处理数据。结果标准方法制备的血涂片血膜长度及外形等完全符合良好麻涂片的要求,血片中细胞分布比传统血涂片均匀、无折叠、九皱缩、不分散等现象,分类计数误差较小,阳性检出率高。结论白细胞分类计数对比结果除嗜碱性粒细胞外．中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）,有利于临床疾病的诊断。

The rechecked classification comparison result analysis by blood analyzers between standard blood smear and traditional blood smear

Objective By compared the results observed from traditional blood smears and standards blood smears, the standard blood smear better ensure the accuracy of blood test, which is conducive to clinical diagnosis. Therefore we could promote the clinical application of standard blood smear. Methods Conventional blood smear and standard blood smear on 100 abnormal speeimens detected by analyzer were produced. Wright staining for microscopic examination is made. Comparative analysis of listed count results is carried on. Resuits The film length, shape and etc in standard blood smears are in full compliance with the requirements of good blood smear. Compared with the traditional blood smear, blood cell distribution in the film is more uniform, no folded, wrinkled or dispersion phenomena; classification counting error is less; positive detection rate is higher. Conclusions Comparative results of leukocyte count showed that besides basophiles, europhiles, lymphocytes, monocytes, and eosnophils （P 〈 0. 05 ） all have statistically significant differences, which is useful for clinical diagnosis.
