广安市2011—2012年蚊类监测结果与分析

目的掌握广安市蚊类种群分布和季节消长规律，为防制虫媒传染病提供科学依据。方法用诱蚊灯法进行监测，将诱集的成蚊用乙醚麻醉后进行分类鉴定和统计。结果成蚊密度呈现逐年上升趋势，2012年比2011年上升了30．57％，平均密度达到了17．34只／灯·h。7月蚊密度最高，2012年7月成蚊密度达61．81只／灯·h；致倦库蚊和三带喙库蚊为广安市优势蚊种；农村牲畜棚为成蚊主要栖息繁殖场所。结论开展蚊类防制应以环境治理为主，并结合种群特点和季节消长规律进行科学防制。

Analysis and results of adult mosquitoes density monitoring in GuangAn during 2011 - 2012

Objective To get an insight into density and seasonal fluctuation of mosquitoes in Guanghn city, to provide the scientific basis for development of control measures. Method Capture the mosquitoes with lamp, identify and process statistics the adult mosquitoes after anesthesia using ethyl ether. Results The density of adult mosquito is increasing year by year; The density of 2012 is 30. 57% higher than in 2011, the average density is 17.34 per hour in a light. The density of adult mosquitoes in July is the highest in 2011 -2012, its 61.81 per hour in a light. Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus and Cx. tritaeniorhynchus are the dominant mos- quito species in Guanghn. Adult mosquitoes accustomed to living in livestock shed in the rural areas. Conclusions To prevent mosquitoes, we should focus on the environmental governance and do scientific control combined with the population characteristics and the seasonal fluctuationh.
