摘    要:目的通过对2012—2013年葫芦岛市流感病原学检测分析,了解当地流感毒株变异情况以及流感病原学的特征,为流感疫情防控提供科学依据。方法采集流感样病例(ILI)的咽拭子标本用狗肾细胞(MDCK)进行流感病毒检测,病毒分离后采用血凝试验方法(HA)判断是否有病毒存在,血凝抑制方法(HI)进行流感病毒型别鉴定。结果2012年4月-2013年3月共检测流感病例(ILI)咽拭子样本335份,分离到流感病毒107株,阳性率31.94%,其中新甲型H1N1共11株、H3N2型96株。结论葫芦岛市流感病毒在2012—2013年以H3N2型为主,与全国亚型吻合,未发现变异毒株。

Detection analysis of flu pathogen in Huludao during 2012 -2013

Abstract:Objective Through the examination of Huludao during 2012 -2013 influenza virus, understand the characteristics of local strains of influenza and influenza pathogen, and provide scientific basis for prevention and control of regional flu. Methods The acquisition of influenza - like illness (ILl) the throat swab speci- mens and the dog kidney ceils (MDCK) of influenza virus detection, test method of coagulation by virus isola- tion (HA) to determine whether the presence of virus, hem agglutination inhibition (HI) of influenza A virus subtype identification. Results In April 2012 - March 2013 were detected influenza (ILI) pharynx swab samples of 335 eases, 107 influenza virus strains were isolated, the positive rate was 31.94% , in which the new H1N1 11 strains, 96 strains of H3N2 type. Conclusions - 2013, consistent with national subtype, found no variation strain.
