张家口市宣化区托幼机构消毒质量检测结果分析

目的了解掌握张家口市宣化区托幼机构消毒工作质量，加强消毒管理，保护幼儿健康。方法按照卫生部2002年版《消毒技术规范》对全区托幼机构2011—2012年的消毒质量检测结果进行分析。结果共采样765件，合格率为90．20％。其中2011年合格率为88．83％、2012年合格率为91．40％，差异无统计学意义（X^2=1．43，P〉0．05）。各类样品的合格率由高到低依次为室内空气（95．43％），餐饮具（93．81％），课桌、玩具、毛巾等物体表面（91．23％）和工作人员手（77．63％），差异有统计学意义（X^2=31．79，P〈0．05）。公、私立托幼机构检测合格率分别为93．67％、88．79％，差异有统计学意义（X^2=4．23，P〈0．05）。结论宣化区托幼机构消毒工作质量总体较好，但仍需加强监督管理，尤其对私立托幼机构应加强人员消毒知识培训。

Analysis of disinfection detection results in nursery institution in Xuanhua District of Zhangjiakou

Objective To understand the disinfection quality of nursery institutions in Xuanhua district , strengthen the disinfection management and achieve the aim of protecting childrens ＇health. Methods Accord-ing to the Technical Specifcations for Disinfection （version of 2002） punished by Ministry of Health, the disin-fection detection results of nursery institutions from 2011 to 2012 were analyzed. Results A total of 765 sam-ples were detected, the average pass rate was 90.20 %. The pass rate in 2011 was 88.83%, the higher pass rate in 2012 was 91.40%. There was no significant difference （X^2 = 1.43, P 〉0. 05） . The qualified rates of samples from high to low were indoor air （95.43%）, tableware （93.81%）, surface of the objects such as tables, tools and towels （91.23%） , and hands of the staff （77.63 % ）, There were significant differences in the qualified rates （X^2 = 31.79, P 〈0. 05 ） . The pass rate of the public nursery institution was 93.67 %, while that of the private childcare facilities was 88.79 %. There were significant differences （X^2 = 4. 23, P 〈 0.05 ） Conclusions The disinfection quality in nursery institutions was overall good, but supervision is still required to be further strengthened , especially the staff in private childeare facilities should be trained to master more knowledge of disinfection.
