摘    要:
为加快实习医生由学生向医生的角色转换,通过对实习医生的入科教育和出科总结,进行一系列的指导与培训,使其尽快熟悉实习工作,同时提高了临床实习教学质量。

Abstract:
In order to help interns to convert their role from a student to a doctor as soon as possible,a series of guidance and training are arranged for them,including education upon department entrance and summary upon exit so that interns will be familiar with their work as soon as possible.The quality of teaching and learning has been improved.
