苦参碱脂质体增强抗肿瘤效应的动物实验研究

摘    要:目的:研究苦参碱脂质体分别对小鼠S180、EAC、H22肿瘤的抑制作用以及对免疫器官的影响是否优于苦参碱.方法:分别用小鼠S180、EAC、H22移植性肿瘤造模,筛选出最佳苦参碱脂质体抑癌剂量,解剖各组荷瘤小鼠,取瘤体、脾脏、胸腺称湿重并计算抑瘤率,检测淋巴细胞转化率(LTT).结果:苦参碱脂质体中剂量抑瘤作用最高,与同等剂量苦参碱相比,对S180、EAC、H22的抑制作用均优于苦参碱,对H22小鼠的LTT高于苦参碱.结论:苦参碱经脂质体包裹处理后较苦参碱有更强的抗瘤效果,且在抑瘤的同时增强机体免疫力.

Abstract:Objective:To study whether the matrine liposome was prior to matrine in its antitumor and immurological effect on the cancerbearirg mice of S_(180)?EAC?H_(22) respectively.Methods:Models of cancerous mice were establishd by transplating S_(180)?EAC?H_(22) cells respectively.Anatomized solid tumor,spleen,thymus were weighed respectively to calculate antitumor rate and analyse affection on immune organs.The dose of matrine liposome which had the greatest effect was selected to compare with the equal dose of matrine.The mechanism of its antitumor action was assessed by lymphocyte convertion test.Results:The middle dose of matrine liposome had the highest antitumor effect,and this effect on cancerbearing mice S_(180)?EAC?H_(22) was prior to equal dose of matrine;the lymphocyte convertion rate of cancerbearing mice H_(22) was higher than matrine.Conclusion:Matrine wrapped with liposome has greater antitumor activity than matrine single and it can improve the immunity of the body at the sametime.
