胃一点癌

总结１９８９年１月至１９９６年１２月收治的４０９例胃癌，发现胃一点癌６例。其中管状腺癌２例，低分化腺癌２例，印戒细胞癌２例。３例行Ｒ１手术，３例行Ｒ２手术。结合文献分析认为，外科、内镜和病理三方合作对胃一点癌的诊断至关重要；手术切除是主要治疗方法，分化差的癌，特别是有淋巴结肿大者，应行Ｒ２手术；中、高分化癌，在无淋巴结肿大的情况下，可行Ｒ１或Ｒ１＋手术。

One Point Cancer of Gastric

Treated were 409 cases of gastric cancer in our department from January of 1989 to December of 1996. Six of them had one point cancer of gastric; Among these cases, 2 had ductul adenocarcinoma, 2 had low differentiate adenocarcinoma, 2 had with signet ring cell cancer; 3 patients were operated with R 1 resection and another 3 with R 2 . It was indicated that the combination of surgery, endoscopy and pathology was an important method to diagnose the one point cancer of gastric. And the main ways to treat those were radical resections, especially in case of low differentiate gastric cancer with lymph onde positrivity must be performed with R 2 resection and moderated or high differentiate cancer without lymph nodes may be removed with R 1or R + 1.
