| 摘 要： | 目的：研究上海各区县卫生资源的配置效率。方法：对2009年上海市各区县卫生资源的投入产出进行数据包络分析，探讨非DEA有效的原因。结果：2009年上海市61．1％的区县DEA相对效率值为1；效率值小于1的区县主要分布在郊区；规模报酬递减的是闵行、浦东新区。结论：上海市卫生资源配置是总量满足下的结构性失衡。 |

| Abstract: | Objectives： To Study the allocative efficiency of health resources in districts of Shanghai. Methods： The allocative efficiency of health resources was analyzed by DEA to explore the reasons of non- DEA valid. Results： The DEA relative efficiency value is 1 in 61.1% of the districts and counties of Shanghai in 2009. The county and district with efficiency value 〈1 are mainly distributed in the suburbs. The decreasing returns to scale are only in Minhang District and Pudong new District. Conclusion： The allocation of health resources in Shanghai is the structural imbalance under meeting the total demand. |
