妊娠期糖尿病筛查、干预与妊娠结局

目的:探讨妊娠期糖尿病筛查、干预及其对妊娠结局的影响。方法:对56例GDM患者(其中45例行干预治疗者为A组,11例未行干预治疗者为B组)和100例正常孕妇(为对照组C组)的临床资料进行回顾性分析,对3组的妊娠结局、妊娠并发症和围产儿并发症进行比较。结果:A组母儿并发症的发生率均显著低于B组,而与C组结果基本一致,B组母儿并发症的发生率则显著高于C组,统计学差异均有显著性意义。结论:妊娠期糖尿病的早期筛查、早期发现、早期干预可明显改善妊娠结局,减少母儿并发症。

Effect of screening and intervention of gestational diabetes mellitus on pregnant outcomes

Objective:To explore the effect of screening and intervention of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM) on pregnant outcomes.Methods:Clinical data of 56 cases with GDM(45 cases receiving intervention treatment was A group and 11 cases receiving no intervention treatment was B group) and 100 normal pregnant woman(C group) were analyzed retrospectively.The pregnant outcomes,pregnant complications and neonatal outcomes were compared among the three groups.Results:The incidence of maternal and neonatal complications in A group was lower than that in B group,but it was similar to that in C group.The incidence of maternal and neonatal complications in B group was significant higher than that in C group.Conclusion:The early screening,detection and intervention may improve the pregnant outcomes and decrease the maternal and neonatal complications.
