“双导师制”指导护理本科生科研实习模式研究

摘    要:目的:对该校实行的双导师指导护理本科生科研实习模式进行研究,完善教学体系。方法:对该校五年制护理本科生实行双导师指导的为期3个月的护理科研实习,考核形式为毕业论文答辩,运用自行设计的该校护理本科生护理科研实习调查表进行效果评价。结果:93.8%的调查对象认为双导师指导的护理科研实习提高了科研能力;72.9%的调查对象赞成双导师制;81.3%的调查对象认为双导师制集思广益;66.7%的调查对象认为2位导师的理论互补益于学生提高科研水平,77.1%的调查对象认为双导师制达到了资源共享的目的;81.3%的调查者认为导师间不能完全有效沟通;69.7%的调查对象认为科研实习应该和临床实习同步,用一年时间来完成;70.8%的调查对象认为论文撰写时间应该大于2周。结论:该校实习的双导师指导护理本科生护理科研实习的教学方法,达到了提高学生科研水平的教学目的,但还存在一些问题需要进一步完善。

Abstract:Objective: To explore effects and problems of the double-tutor system in research practice of undergraduate nurse students. Methods: We implemented double-tutor system in three-month research practice of five-year undergraduate nurse students. The performance of graduation thesis defence and investigation by self designed questionnaire was used to evaluate the effects. Results: Among the respondents, 93.8% considered that double-tutor system increased students’ research ability, 72.9% agreed with this system, 81.3% thought that it was good to expand students’ thinking, 66.7% said that students improved their research level since two tutors may have complementary thinking and knowledge, 77.1% considered that this system reached the goal of resource-sharing. Meanwhile, 81.3% of them said that two tutors could not get effective communication, 69.7% stated that research practice should synchronize with clinical practice in the whole one-year practice period, 70.8% said that students should have more than 2 weeks to write paper. Conclusion: The double-tutor system in research practice of undergraduate nurse students has reached the teaching goal, but there are also some problems which need further modification.
