| 摘 要： | 目的以北京市S区为例,描述新型农村合作医疗（简称新农合）费用的变动趋势。方法采用趋势拟合法分别拟合新农合普通门诊和住院医疗费用的发展趋势。结果 2011年,S区参合农民人均医疗费用将达到1 998元,人均补偿金额约为986元。结论新农合医疗费用呈快速增长趋势,应采取多种方式控制医疗费用的过快上涨,扩展筹资渠道,促进新农合的可持续发展。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To describe the changing tendency of the New Rural Cooperative Medical Scheme medical expenses in Beijing S District as the actual case.METHODS Using trend analysis method,to fit the out-patient treatment expenses and the in-patient expenses respectively.RESULTS The average medical expenses of farmers who have participated the NCMS will be 1998 yuan and the average reimbursements will be 986 yuan in S District in 2011.CONCLUSIONS The medical expenses of NCMS present a rapidly rising trend,so many ... |
