| 摘 要： | 1985年中国报告了首例艾滋病病例,在随后的20年里,艾滋病在我国蔓延,31个省(自治区、直辖市)已全部发现人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染者,3种传播途径(性接触传播、经血液传播及母婴垂直传播)均已存在。虽然人们已经在艾滋病的基础研究、预防与治疗方面取得了很多进展,但至今尚未研制出艾滋病病毒疫苗,也没有找到治愈艾滋病的办法。目前我国大多数人对艾滋病的认识不够,防范意识薄弱,在高危人群中也有相当一部分人认为艾滋病离自己很远,忽略了对艾滋病的防范,以致于艾滋病由高危人群向一般人群扩散。对大众及高危人群进行艾滋病知识的健康教育,提高人群的艾滋病知晓率,是目前我国预防艾滋病流行的主要策略。 |
