复方独一味滴丸治疗血瘀证30例临床观察

目的:验证复方独一味滴丸治疗血瘀证的疗效.方法:随机将30例血瘀证患者分为两组,治疗组予复方独一味滴丸治疗4周;对照组予复方独一味胶囊治疗4周,分别观察两组患者症状与体征(如舌象、脉象、疼痛、皮下瘀斑)的变化.结果:复方独一味滴丸具有显著改善血瘀证症状及体征的作用,两组刺痛及痛有定处、脉络瘀血、皮下瘀斑、出血、痛经、肌肤甲错等症状积分治疗后均有明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),治疗组有效率(86.67%)略高于对照组(80.00%).结论:复方独一味滴丸具有明显的活血化瘀作用.

Clinical observation on effects of composite Duyiwei dropping pills(复方独一味滴丸) on 30 patients with blood stasis syndrome

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effects of composite Duyiwei dropping pills on blood stasis synd rome. Methods: Thirty patients with blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into two gr oups. The tre atment group was treated with composite Duyiwei dropping pills for 4 weeks, and the control group was treated with composite Duyiwei capsule for 4 weeks. Then, the syndromes and signs including the picture of tongue and pul se, pain and subcutaneous ecchymosis were observed. Results: Composite Duyiwei dropping pills could improve the syndromes and signs of blood stasis syndrome significantly. The scores of localized pricking pain, blood stasis of vessels, subcutaneous ecchymosis, hemorrhage, menorrhalgia, sc aly skin were re d uced significantly after treatment in both two groups( P<005 o r P<001). The effective rate of treatment group(8667%) was higher than that of cont rol group(8000%). Conclusion: Composite Duyiwei dropping pills possess the action of activating blood circul ation to removed blood stasis.
