上海市居民心脑血管疾病死亡特征

[目的 ]　了解上海市死于心脑血管疾病居民从事的职业、文化程度、年龄及疾病共存情况。　 [方法 ]　将2 0 0 0年人口普查资料和 2 0 0 3年死亡个案记录用DIS居民死亡分析软件进行处理。　 [结果 ]　心脑血管疾病在业人员中粗死亡率排列最高为农、林、牧、渔、水利生产人员 ,最低为机关、企事业单位负责人。学历越高心脑血管疾病死亡率越低。男性各年龄组死亡率都高于女性。高血压、糖尿病、终末期肾病与心脑血管疾病共存情况较为普遍。　 [结论 ]　心脑血管疾病已成为上海市居民的主要死亡原因 ,全社会必须重视这类慢性病的预防

Charactertics of deaths from cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases among Shanghai residents

Objective To understand the occupation, education and age specific mortality distribution and comorbidity prevalence for deaths of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Data from census in year 2000 and medical records for death population in 2003 were employed in analysis. Among the occupation-specific mortalities, the highest was the workers related to agriculture, forestry, fishing and pasturage and the lowest was the governmental chief officers. Population with a higher education level had a lower mortality. All age-specific mortalities for male were higher than those for female. For cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, hypertension, diabetes and end-stage-renal-diseases were commen comorbidities. [Conclusion] Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases which have been the primary causes of death for Shanghai residents that much attention should be paid for their prevention.
