基层医院普通外科手术后切口感染的因素及预防

目的研究普通外科手术切口感染的原因,为预防与控制切口感染找出有效的方法。方法回顾性调查江门市江海区礼乐人民医院870例普通外科手术切口感染患者的临床资料,分析手术切口感染的原因,从根本上对手术切口感染进行有效预防及治疗。结果 870例普通外科手术发生术后感染38例,切口感染率4.4%,多种因素可致切口感染。结论普通外科手术切口感染的原因种类多样,但可以积极进行防治。

Factors and prevention of general surgical wound infection in primary hospital

Objective To study the causes of the infection of general surgical incision and find the effective methods for the prevention and control of incision infection. Methods The clinical data were retrospectively investigated of the 870 patients with general surgical wound infection in Lile people＇ s hospital of Jianghai district, the causes of infection were analyzed, effective pre- vention and treatment of surgical wound infection were made. Results Thirty-eight patients had postoperative incision infection, the infection rate was 4.3%, variety factors could cause the incision infection. Conclusion Reasons of general surgical infec- tion are various, but canbe actively prevented and treated.
