启膈散对荷瘤鼠的肿瘤及其免疫调节作用

目的探讨启膈散的抗肿瘤及其免疫调节作用。方法采用皮下接种肿瘤细胞建立荷瘤小鼠动物模型,通过灌胃法实验组予启膈散提取物、对照组予0.9%氯化钠注射液,观察2组小鼠肿瘤大小变化及脾质量、生存期。结果与对照组比较,实验组小鼠肿瘤生长明显减缓,第10、15 d,2组小鼠肿瘤质量变化有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;实验组生存期明显延长,2组生存期比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;实验组脾质量明显增加,2组给药第5、10、15d脾脏质量比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）。结论启膈散在体内能显著抑制荷瘤小鼠S180肿瘤生长,延长生存期。

Antitumor effect of Qigesans extract

Objective To study the antitumor effect of Qigesan,and to provide the scientific evidence for developing and manufacturing new antitumor drugs.Methods Tumor-bearing mouse-modes were established by subcutaneous inoculation of tumor cell,then the mouse mode were treated with Qigesan extract（treatment group） and 0.9% sodium chloride solution（control group）.The tumor size,spleen weight and survival time were observed for evaluation of effect.Results The development of tumor in treatment group was slower than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Survival time in treatment group significantly prolonged in comparison with that in control group（P〈0.01）.At 5th day 10th day and 15th day spleen weight in treatment group was increased in comparison with that in control group（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.Conclusion Qigesan can markedly inhibit the proliferation of S180 in tumor-bearing mice,and prolong survival time.
