| 摘 要： | 目的观察BEYONDTM冷光对氟斑牙的漂白效果。方法对30例患者480颗牙齿进行BEYONTM漂白治疗。其中,轻度9例,中度14例,重度7例。对照Vita比色板,观察记录其治疗前后的色阶变化评价其临床疗效。结果治疗后,各组程度的氟斑牙色阶值显著降低(P<0.05)。结论BEYONDTM冷光对氟斑牙有较好的漂白作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of Beyondtm cold light tooth whitening kit on bleaching dental fluorosis. Methods The teeth of 30 patients with 480 teeth were bleached with Beyondtm cold light tooth whitening kit, among which 9 were light, 14 were middle and 7 were heavy. The changes of teeth color were evaluated by VITA shade guide matching and the effective ratio was also evaluated. Results The shade of the bleached teech was greatly decreased （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Beyondtm cold light tooth whitening kit might be proved to be an effective method on bleaching dental fluorosis. |
