| 摘 要： | 目的:优选秦皮提取工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验设计,以秦皮甲素、秦皮乙素、出膏率为考察指标,考察溶媒倍量、提取时间和提取次数等因素对秦皮甲素、秦皮乙素提取转移率的影响。结果:秦皮最佳提取工艺为A3B3C3,即加10倍量水回流提取3次,每次2h。结论:提取工艺简便可行。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the extraction method of total Coumarin in Cortex Fraxini.Methods:Orthogonal experiment design was used,with the content of total Coumarin and the yield of extracts as the index to study the effect of solve quantity,extraction time and extraction time on recovery rate of total Coumarin.Results:The best extraction condition was:extracted with 6 times amount of water,3 hours for 2 times.Conclusion:This extraction method is convenient and feasible. |
