摘    要:
目的 探讨不同颜色指甲油对脉搏血氧饱和度 (SpO2 )监测数值的影响。方法 对 30例志愿者进行自身对照 ,每位志愿者分别涂有 4种不同颜色的指甲油 ,与不涂指甲油的空白手指进行比较 ,观察吸空气和吸氧气时不同颜色指甲油对SpO2 监测数值的影响。结果 吸空气和吸氧气时 ,蓝色指甲油对SpO2 监测有显著影响 (与空白组对照 ) ,P <0 .0 1。结论 无论患者吸氧与否 ,蓝色指甲油都会影响SpO2 监测的数值。为减少临床测量误差 ,吸氧时应去除指甲油 ,或者将探头侧夹 ,以保证监测的准确性

Abstract:
Objective the purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of different colors of nail polish on SpO 2 readings.Methods 30 volunteers were selected to take part in the study. Each volunteer was polished with four different colors of nail polish on four nails and one nail was blank for control in randomized order. The readings of SpO 2 for different nails were recorded and then were compared to the control.Results The blue nail polish had an obvious effect on SpO 2 readings even after oxygen inhalation.Conclusion Whether oxygen was inhaled or not, the blue nail polish had an obvious effect on SpO 2 readings. In order to reduce clinical errors, it is better to get rid of nail polish or put the probe side by side to ensure objectivity and accuracy.
