龙岩市市区娱乐场所服务小姐艾滋病高危行为干预效果评价

目的]了解娱乐场所服务小姐艾滋病相关知识及高危行为,评价开展娱乐场所服务小姐预防艾滋病/性病干预的动态效果。方法]2000~2006年对龙岩市市区部分娱乐场所服务小姐进行预防艾滋病/性病的行为干预,并于2000~2006年每年进行1次问卷调查。结果]2000~2006年分别调查117、305、240、276、283、244、253人,有商业性行为者占45.90%~81.25%;过去1个月性行为时每次都使用安全套的比例分别为16.22%、30.93%、32.31%、36.87%、62.14%、68.06%、68.42%(P<0.01),最近1次性行为时使用安全套的比例各年分别为42.34%、51.20%、61.14%、69.12%、71.84%、77.78%、78.95%(P<0.01);知晓艾滋病三大传播途径的比例各年分别为30.77%、42.62%、56.25%、67.75%、75.97%、73.36%、71.54%(P<0.01);知道"正确使用安全套"和"不共用针筒吸毒"可以预防艾滋病者所占比例,2001~2006年分别为30.16%、35.00%、69.20%、61.84%、56.56%和60.87%(P<0.01)。结论]对娱乐场所服务小姐进行危险行为干预能提高其对性病/艾滋病防病知识的知晓率和安全套使用率,危险因素仍然存在。

Evaluation on HIV/AIDS High-risk Behaviors Intervention among Female Attedants in Entertainment Places of Longyan City

Objective]To understand HIV/AIDS knowledge and high-risk behavior,evaluate the dynamic effectiveness of AIDS/STD intervention among female attendants in entertainment places.Methods]Behavior intervention of AIDS/STD was carried out and questionnaire was conducted yearly from 2001 to 2006.Results]The number of female attendants interviewed in recreation service were 117,305,240,276,283,244 and 253 respectively from 2000-2006 and 45.90% to 83.25% of them had commercial sex behavior. The percentage of condom use consistently within 1 month was 16.22%,30.93%,32.31%,36.87%,62.14%,68.06% and 68.42% respectively(P<0.01) and it was 42.34%,51.20%,61.14%,69.12%,71.84%,77.78% and 78.95% during the last sexual behavior respectively(P<0.01).30.77%,42.62%,56.25%,67.75%,75.97%,73.36% and 71.54% respectively(P<0.01) knew the 3 routes of AIDS transmission.30.16%,35.00%,69.20%,61.84%,56.56% and 60.87%(P<0.01) of them knew condom use correctly and without needle-sharing to prevent AIDS/STD from 2001 to 2006.Conclusion]Behavior intervention could improve the condom usage and HIV/AIDS awareness among female attendants in recreation service.
