| 摘 要： | 目的掌握遵义医学院珠海校区2007级新生乙型肝炎(简称乙肝)病毒(HBV)感染情况,为防治HBV传染提供一定依据。方法空腹静脉采血5 mL,分离血清,用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测血清中的HBsAg,对HBsAg阳性者进行乙肝三系统(HBsAg、抗-HBs、HBeAg、抗-HBe、抗-HBc)检测;用全自动生化分析仪检测〔紫外-乳酸脱氢酶法测丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT),紫外-苹果酸脱氢法测天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)〕肝功能。结果受检的933名新生中,HBsAg阳性率为4.61%,其中男生为7.94%,女生为2.91%,男生HBV感染率高于女生,不同性别间感染情况差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.39,P0.01)。ALT异常者占0.86%,HBsAg阳性者中合并ALT异常的人数占11.63%,ALT异常者中HBsAg阳性人数占62.50%。结论2007级新生HBsAg阳性率低于全国平均水平(10%)。
