小儿肺热咳喘口服液治疗急性社区获得性下呼吸道感染临床观察

目的：观察小儿肺热咳喘口服液治疗小儿急性社区获得性下呼吸道感染的临床疗效及毒副作用。方法：我科门诊或住院确诊的小儿下感150例，随机分为治疗组100例，对照组50例，两组均进行常规抗感染治疗，治疗组加服小儿肺热咳喘口服液。对照组用百部止咳糖浆。结果：治疗组总显效率92．0％。显著优于对照组的78．0％（P〈0．01），在退热、止咳、消除啰音方面治疗组均优于对照组（P均〈0．05）。未见明显不良反应。结论：小儿肺热咳喘口服液治疗急性下呼吸道感染疗效好，无毒副作用。

Clinic study of Xiaoer Feirekechuan oral liquid for community-acquired low respiratory tract infections

Objective: To investigate the curative and side effects of Xiaoer Feirekechuan oral liquid for community-acquired low respi-ratory tract infections. Methods: 150 Community-acquired low respiratory tract infection patients were divided randomly into study group(n = 100) and control group (n = 50). All the patients were treated in routine ways and the patients in study group were treated withXiaoer Feirekechuan oral liquid, the others were treated with Baibuzhike oral liquid. Results: The study group had better curative effectsin pyretolysis, stopping coughing and reducing rales. Conclusion: Xiaoer Feirekechuan oral liquid is safe and efficient for community-ac-quired low respiratory tract infections, which is better than beibu zhike liquid oral.
