融合蛋白雾化吸入治疗中重度吸入性损伤26例效果观察

目的:探讨外用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(融合蛋白)雾化吸入治疗中重度吸入性损伤患者的临床效果及护理方法。方法:将52例中重度吸入性损伤患者随机分为观察组和对照组各26例。两组均给予常规治疗护理措施,对照组按传统方式配制超声雾化液,观察组在此基础上加入融合蛋白。比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组患者气管拔管时间、水肿消退时间、坏死黏膜脱落时间、呼吸道分泌物量及肺部感染发生率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中重度吸入性损伤患者使用融合蛋白行雾化吸入治疗可明显提高疗效,精心护理是患者康复的保证。
