| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨护士工作压力源及与应对方式的关系。方法:选取青岛市两所综合性三级甲等医院293名在职临床护士,采用护士工作压力源量表及特质应对方式问卷进行调查。结果:工作压力与护士的年龄、年资、受教育程度、婚姻状况、家庭状况及运动情况等存在相关性(P<0.05,P<0.01);护士的应对方式与工作压力源的护理专业及工作、工作量及时间分配、患者护理、管理及人际关系方面存在相关性(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:临床护士均存在不同程度的工作压力,以工作5~15年、高学历的中年护士压力为最大,运动及积极的应对方式能够减轻工作压力。 |
