全程护理干预对青光眼病人遵医依从性的影响

目的探讨提高青光眼病人遵医依从性的干预方法和效果。方法将确诊为青光眼的98名病人根据自愿原则分为实验组52名,对照组46名。对实验组病人提供科普教育手册、个体量化健康教育、电话随访、与社区合作以及提高家庭、社会支持系统的作用等全程护理干预;对照组进行用药指导和健康教育。结果实施全程护理干预1年后,实验组遵医率高于对照组(P<0.01),视功能损害眼病生存质量量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论全程护理干预能提高青光眼病人的遵医依从性,延缓病程发展,提高病人的生存质量。

Study on the effect of whole course nursing intervention on the compliance in patients with glaucoma

Objective To explore the effects of whole course nursing intervention on compliance in patients with glaucoma.Methods 98 patients with glaucoma were divided into experimental group(n=52) and control group(n=46).The whole course nursing intervention was provided for patients in experimental group,including handing out pamphlets,individualized health education,telephone follow-up,cooperating with the community,strengthening the supportive roles of family and society.Results One year later,patients' compliance in experiment group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.01).The scores of quality of life was significantly higher than before(P<0.05) and than that of control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The whole course nursing intervention is effective to improve the patients' compliance,slower the progress of glaucoma and promote the quality of life.
