| 摘 要： | 目的探讨综合护理干预对改善乳腺癌患者的癌因性疲乏及影响因素的效果。方法125例乳腺癌改良根治术患者分为观察组63例，对照组62例，对照组接受常规护理，观察组在接受常规护理的基础上由护理干预质控小组中的专职主管护师进行系统化、个体化的癌因性疲乏护理干预，比较两组的癌因性疲乏状况、抑郁焦虑状况、睡眠状况。结果人院第2天，两组患者疲乏程度比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。术后第15天，观察组疲乏程度低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；抑郁焦虑状况也低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；睡眠状况比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；各项目比较，观察组均优于对照组。结论认知干预、休息和睡眠干预、社会心理支持、早期有氧锻炼等综合护理干预，可以消除或缓解癌因性疲乏程度，提高患者的生存质量．
