局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型大鼠脑SOD和MDA的变化

摘    要:
目的:观察局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠模型脑超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化.方法:用线栓法建立大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型,TTC染色显示梗死范围;测定再灌注损伤脑组织中SOD活性和MDA含量.结果:与假手术组相比,模型组脑组织SOD活性显著降低、MDA含量明显增加(P<0.01).结论:局灶性脑缺血再灌注能显著降低再灌注损伤脑组织SOD活性,增加MDA含量.

Objective:To observe the changes of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA) in brain of focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion model rats.Methods:The focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion model rats were established by suture embolic method.TCC was used to display infraction scope;the SOD activity and MDA content in reperfusion injury brain were measured.Results:Compared with control group,in focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rats model brain,the SOD activity decreased and MDA content increased obvio...
