核潜艇长航对艇员T淋巴细胞凋亡及肿瘤坏死因子-α白细胞介素-8白细胞介素-2的影响

摘    要:
目的了解核潜艇长航前后艇员T淋巴细胞凋亡率及血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-ɑ、白细胞介素(IL)-8和IL-2含量的变化,探讨核潜艇长航对艇员免疫功能的影响。方法分别采集核潜艇艇员出航前后外周血标本,分离T淋巴细胞,经细胞凋亡分析仪检测比较长航前后T淋巴细胞凋亡率的变化;应用专用放身免疫试剂盒检测并比较长航前后艇员血液内TNF-α、IL-2、IL-8含量的变化。结果①长航后,核潜艇艇员外周血T淋巴细胞凋亡率增高(P<0.01);②长航后血液内细胞因子TNF-α、IL-8含量降低(P<0.05),IL-2含量则升高(P<0.05)。结论核潜艇长航后艇员外周血T淋巴细胞寿命缩短,凋亡率升高;机体内细胞因子的含量也受影响,舱室复杂环境因素可影响艇员免疫功能。

Abstract:
Objective To study the influence of long term voyage on the apoptosis rate of the T lymphocyte and the content of TNF-α,IL-8 and IL-2.Methods The apoptosis rate of T lymphocyte was measured before and after the long term voyage.The content of TNF-α,IL-8 and IL-2 before and after the long term voyage were detected and compared.Results After long term voyage,apoptosis rate of T lymphocyte is raised.And the content of TNF-α and IL-8 are reduced,and that of IL-2 increased.Conclusion Long term voyage in nuclear-powered submarine can reduce the ability of T lymphocyte,and also affect the cytokines secretion of lymphocyte.The environmental effect of cabin can affect immune function and more protection need to be strengthened to enhance the health of the crew.
