摘    要:
目的探讨利用XE-2100全自动血液分析仪(简称XE-2100)检测脐血中造血干细胞(HPC)数量的可行性。方法利用XE-2100的幼稚通道(IM I)和流式细胞仪(FCM)分别对50例脐静脉血进行HPC计数。结果在脐血中,XE-2100检测HPC数量与FCM检测的CD34 细胞数量有良好的相关性(r=0.89),批内变异系数(CV)<5%。结论XE-2100能快速简便地动态监测脐血HPC的变化,从而为HPC数目的测定提供一种新的测定方法,为临床快速判断HPC数目提供依据。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the feasibility of the counts of hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells(HPC) in cord blood determined by XE-2100 automatic hematology analyzer. Methods The counts of HPC from 50 samples of cord blood were detected by the immature myeloid information(IMI) channel of XE-2100 automatic hematology analyzer and flow cytometry(FCM) respectively. Results There was high correlation(r=(0.89)) between the percentage of HPC detected by IMI and that of CD34~ cells detected by FCM.The within run coefficient of variation(CV) was less than 5%. Conclusions XE-2100 automatic hematology analyzer provides a fast and convenient method to detect HPC in cord blood,and a kind of new method to measure the HPC number,which provides a basis for clinical fast judgment of HPC number in crod blood.
